Even if you cannot find the email, your registration should be complete if the payment has been successfully charged to your bank account or credit card. There is no need to worry.

We do not issue a QR code or separate admission code by email.

At the reception area, please show your confirmation email if available. If you do not have it, simply tell the reception staff your name with your photo ID.
