DAY 1: August 13 (Thu)

• Morning-Lunch: Judge Meeting
• 13:00 (1:00 pm): Registration starts for Contestants
• Early Afternoon: 1A-5A WildCard
• Late Afternoon: Non-Championship Prelims
• 18:00 (6:00 pm): Result Announcement

Registration/Public Area will be open

Everyone is welcome to hang around in the Public Area.

We will have Non-Championship Prelims on the sub stage in the Public Area where everyone can watch.

1A-5A WildCard will be still in closed rooms as usual.

Sales Booth: Set-Up Only

No events on the main stage (No Admission Ticket needed)

DAY 2: August 14 (Fri)

• 1A-5A Prelim
• Junior Freestyle Final
• Over-40 Freestyle Open Class Final
• Award Ceremony for Junior Freestyle & Over-4o Open Class

Evening: IYYF Organizer Meeting

DAY 3: August 15 (Sat)

• 1A-5A Semi-Final
• Over-40 Freestyle Master Class Final
• Women’s Freestyle Final
• Award Ceremony for Women’s Freestyle & Over-4o Master Class

After the main hall closes: AP Stage Check (AP Finalists only)

DAY 4: August 16 (Sun)

• 1A-5A Final
• AP Final
• Award Ceremony for Championships
